Delivery/Exchange Guide

Not all items can be scheduled for delivery.
Reservations or delayed shipments are listed at the bottom of the details page.
By all means! Please check.
Products opened or used cannot be exchanged or returned for reasons other than product defects.
When exchanging/returning, you must consult with the seller and use the designated courier to make it available.
Please note that the color of the product may vary depending on the color of the monitor.

Ship shipping ratio: Depending on the size and weight of the product, shipping costs may vary.
Delivery period: Same-day delivery is possible only if you ordered before 3pm on the same day.
(Except for some) the goods shipped the next day (some areas take 1-2 days)

* Please note that orders placed after 3pm will be shipped the next day.

Bundle delivery information: We will automatically ship the recipient when the recipient/shipping place/order time is equated.
Please note that automatic bundles cannot be delivered if the recipient's/ delivery/order time is not the same.
Delivery instructions

- When exchange/return, you must use the seller's designated courier after consultation with the seller to make it smooth.
- Exchange/return can be made within 7 days of receipt date, and it may be difficult to exchange/return if proceeded without prior notice.
- When purchasing products, customer remorse or color exchange, round-trip shipping charges are at customer's expense
- Shipping is the customer's responsibility for the return of the exchange, and if you wish to exchange it on any other return or mistake, you will be responsible for the shipping fee.
- If you have problems with the product or shipping, the re-shipping fee will be borne by the manufacturer.
- When returning or exchanging products, you must keep your product table or box. Returns cannot be made in case of damage to the package or packaging.
